Visited the factory in Bangkok. Wow what a place! Filled 4 carrier bags with goods which were then packed into a box for me. Offered coffee & lunch by the very firendly staff who then called a taxi and carried the box out for me.
They had a problem with their system and I didn't have enough Thai Baht to pay but I was trusted to bring the goods with me and pay on my return to Cyprus 7 weeks later! Could you imagine this happening elsewhere? Congrats to Bernerd Friefel for an excellent Company and staff.

I love the wedding couple at the top of this page and you have used the same stencil for other couples which I use for anniversary cards. It would be great if you could come up with a Holy boy and girl for confirmation and holy communion cards. I am so tired of trying to decorate the bible and the dove. These are still great but this is my 3rd years using the same products and I could use some inspiration. Thanks - keep up the good work on these products. Also would you be willing to post my present wish list. I have'nt submitted the order yet.

An excellent service from this company. Goods I ordered were received here in Cyprus within a week.
I am going to Bangkok in January 2010 and asked if I could visit their factory (they don't have a shop) they replied by sending me a map and directions! Excellent customer service.
