Minimum Order Value
Our minimum merchandise order value is GBP 15 per shipment, or the equivalent in your chosen currency.

Exchange Rates:
Our base currency is the British Pound, and prices quoted in your chosen currency are derived from our GBP prices. Exchange rates are updated frequently, which means that prices in your chosen currency may fluctuate according to exchange rates, even though the underlying price has not changed. Please note that the charge made to your credit card will be in GBP, at the exchange rate used by your credit card company at the time of the transaction. This may differ slightly from the amount shown in your shopping cart, due to exchange rate fluctuations

Volume Discount Rates:
We give the following discounts for volume orders:

Orders over £75 - 5%
Orders over £150 - 10%
Orders over £250 - 15%
Orders over £500 - 20%
Orders over £1,000 - 25%
Orders over £1,750 - 30%
Orders over £2,500 - 35%

In the shopping cart, the discount breaks will be expressed in your chosen currency.

The discount will be automatically deducted from your product total when you go to the checkout.

Returns Policy
If anything you buy from us arrives damaged, we would appreciate a digital photo of the damaged item (so that we can avoid the problem in future), and we will usually offer a refund or replacement.

In case items are short shipped or do not meet your expectations, please let us know. If possible we will include the items in your next order, or send them immediately if you have urgent deadlines.

Unfortunately, we do sometimes make mistakes, even though we try hard to avoid them. When things go wrong, we look at the situation from your point of view, and provide a solution that is in your favour.

Packing & Shipping time
94 % of our orders are dispatched within 3 working days, but in case an item is out of stock, we will contact you , offer a refund to your credit card, a replacement or a future delivery date. Allow 2 working days in addition to the packing time for shipping by DHL Express. For Global Mail, allow 14 to 18 working days to receive the order.

We offer a range of shipping options: please select the one most suitable for you, usually the most competitive price. We do reserve the right to ship with a different shipper than the one you selected: however, the service level will be equivalent or better.

Our shipping calculator provides you with an accurate calculation of the shipping costs for your order and helps you to minimise shipping charges.

If you want to know the shipping cost of a product, put it in the shopping cart, enter the destination country and the shipper type, and click update. The calculator will tell you the shipping cost for that product. You can remove the product from the shopping cart, and the order will not be sent!

Import duties, sales tax / VAT
Our shipping terms are cost, insurance, freight (CIF). Depending on your country, your purchase may be subject to import duty, VAT or sales tax. In case this is charged, this is the responsibility of the customer.

Plant Quarantine in Australia
We have had cases of mulberry paper articles (!) being stopped by Plant Quarantine in Australia. In case this does happen, your shipment may be subject to fumigation and other fees, or may be destroyed unless you pay. In case this does happen, we cannot take any responsibility for these costs.

Security, Ordering and Privacy
You may pay by credit card through Siam Commercial Bank or through Paypal, both of which offer a high level of security. Please note that Siam Commercial Bank only accepts personal credit cards, not corporate credit cards.

The confidentiality of your transaction is very important to us. Your personal details are never available to any third party.
